1. Canadian Physical Activity Fitness & Lifestyle Approach (C.P.A.F.L.A.)

The C.P.A.F.L.A. was designed by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, the most prestigious and reputable fitness organization in Canada. It is a standardized protocol used to assess fitness and health.

C.P.A.F.L.A. includes:

4. Personal Training:

Our personal training programs are designed to meet the fitness and health goals of our clients. All clients will work with a trainer individually to assess their fitness and health goals and train to meet those objectives. Training will encompass all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular and muscular fitness, flexibility, power, and their related components.

5. Exercise Therapy: Weight Loss program

S.W.E.A.T.T offers exercise therapy specifically for individuals with certain chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, and obesity. The programs will incorporate exercise and nutritional approaches and will be designed to ensure that the client meets their goals within healthy, realistic and safe parameters.

6. Exercise Counselling:

Make an appointment to meet a fitness professional if you would like any counseling on your current fitness level, how to improve various aspects of fitness, overcoming barriers to physical activity or to address any question you may have about exercise.
