The Mind Factory ’s IP VOD STB (Internet Protocol Video On Demand Set Top B ox) is a complete set-top box for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 streaming networks or Linux based servers. It is a low cost TV client solution that receives, decodes and displays MPEG4 video at full D1 resolution.

The IP VOD STB is powered by a very powerful video centric SoC. It is configured to decode full D1 resolution, MPEG4 up to 6Mbps. Compatible with xDSL, 10/100 Ethernet, FTTC or other broadband distribution networks.

The first design has a solid shield which allows the cable to be suspended over large lengths without affecting performace.
