The therapy that I provide is tailored to individual needs and concerns. Since every person is different, therapy will also be unique to the person. My style as a therapist tends to be more interactive than neutral, and I work hard to help my clients to progress toward their goals as quickly as possible.  I employ a variety of tools and techniques to help my clients attain their therapeutic goals, and actively tailor the treatment approach to suit the needs of my clients.  I also emphasize treatment methods that are supported by the latest research findings, as appropriate.
