Pleas ALWAYS have a lawyer review an agreement you are about to sign with a builder OR allow yourself a conditional period of 10 days for the lawyers review.

Next we provide ongoing advice on contacting your utilities, bank and working with your realtor and mortgage agents on ensuring your deal goes smoothly without hitches and on-time.

Signing appointments are scheduled the week of the closing once all documents have been drafted and approved.

Closing day is exciting. Our office will contact you as soon as your keys or cheque are ready for pickup!!!
