Labelling Technologies - High Speed Wraparound (HSWA

The High Speed Wrap Around System is delivered with standard features which simplify operation and set-up, and provide excellent labelling accuracy for bottles of 2¼" to 3¾" in diameter. Feed screw for accurate metering and product controls. Over 250 ppm for 350 ml bottles.

Labelling Technologies - Basic WrapAround (BWA

The Basic WrapAround system performs applications of pressure sensitive labels in full or partial WrapAround configuration to cylindrical containers of glass. This allows labels to be printed in batch for ease of label information change to accommodate requirements of various customers or point of sale. The Basic WrapAround was developed to provide a cost effective, automatic labeller to those customers with limited production needs.

Labelling Technologies - Servo Labelling Head (UT2se

The Servo type Utility label applicating system was developed to satisfy more demanding applications, in linear surface speed and the label placement accuracy. Servo labelling head with Power Unwind for 18" OD rolls of labels running at 100+ ppm. Servo labelling head mounted for bottom application at a sheetfed press. As a brushless motor, the servo motor is maintenance free. Power Unwind, 16" OD label rolls, "On-the-Fly" splicing.

Labelling Technologies - Utility Labelling Head (UT2m

Utility" labellers can be mounted directly into existing production line components or include a portable stand or conveyor to increase the level or versatility. Labellers are capable of top, side, or bottom labelling and are designed to be easily incorporated into custom systems. The use of "Utility" labellers will allow an economical solution in most in-line applications.

Labelling Technologies - Mutt-120

Added to a semi-automatic production line environment, the MUTT-120 will improve labelling rates output and operator consistency. The industrial label dispenser aids in simplifying labelling jobs, while dramatically improving productivity at a minimal cost. Fuse drawer with spare fuse.

Labelling Technologies - Machine Rebuilds (URS

Labelling Technologies'entire product line has been developed by Labelling Technologies, and as such, all equipment that has been produced during the past 15+ years of business, is not only rebuildable, but in all circumstances new designs from recent developments have been implemented with backward compatiblity as a key building block.
