Kyocera or it´s representative provides minimum a one year warranty, depend on the country, and operates a Return to Base (RTB) policy. On a fault diagnosis, the printer will be repaired quickly and reliably by an authorized KYOCERA service partner or at a KYOCERA Repair Center.
For some large A3 printers we offer an on-site warranty. Of course we can also offer this service for all your other devices. In case of an on-site service, a KYOCERA technical support engineer will come to your office and carry out any repairs on site. In most locations this can be done by the next business day. And like our RTB service, these repairs are covered by a 6-month repair guarantee
LONG-LIFE COMPONENTS WARRANTY
Our long-life components (which can include the drum, developer or process unit) in all our printers are mostly covered by a extended special warranty. Where necessary, KYOCERA provides user training when we install our devices. In some cases we may also offer in-depth training to your experts so that most service requirements can be taken care of in your own company. If you have a preferred service supplier, we will even supplement their knowledge by providing the training they need to support KYOCERA devices.
