Bill 168 requires employers to develop comprehensive policies to address workplace violence and harassment, to train its workers on the policy and to assess the risk of violence in the workplace.

Human Rights Advisory Services is currently offering these key training sessions:

  • Bill 168 Compliance: Workplace Violence and Workplace Harassment Training for Employers and Workers (The Bully, The Bullied and The Bystander) including Workplace Domestic Violence
  • Human Rights: Workplace Human Rights and Diversity Awareness Training for Management and Staff (The Power of Inclusion)

We provide: human rights awareness training, anti-harassment policy development, coaching, investigation, representation and conflict resolution services to employers and employees in Ontario.
