First Re-Shaft Job a Challenge
Bruce Mac Golf
I most recently provisioned my workshop with the proper tools to start my endeavour into re-shafting golf clubs. It didn't take long before I got my first job and it turned out to be one of the more challenging type of clubs to re-shaft. The club was an old Callaway War Bird 4 wood and in golf termonology is called a bore-through club. This means I had to maintain exactly the same shaft tip angle as the old shaft and ensure it was flush with the sole of the club. Well I was able to do so and now have a satisfied customer.
