Combined Decongestive Therapy is used for the prevention and treatment of lymphedema. Lymphatic drainage can also be used to treat pain and/or swelling associated with the following conditions: frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries, bursitis, tendinitis, plantar fasiitis, TMJ problems, pre/post dental surgery, sinusitis, the prevention of headaches, the symptoms of fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis, as well as to promote an overall feeling of well-being.
