First, a meeting is set up with Jonathan to discover needs, potential and whether he believes he can be of service. The Dialogues are very unique experiences and require a readiness and willingness to start Thinking Differently®.

Dialogue Options

Quarterly with Bi-Weekly Check-ins: Combining the best of Quarterly Sessions with the accountability of regular meetings, this format facilitates change in leaders who want the discipline of regular meetings to apply the principles or require greater connection while achieving significant goals. Quarterly with Bi-Weekly Check-in sessions are designed to allow for time to implement objectives.

Monthly: For clients who are comfortable with their life and business direction, but recognize it is easy to fall back, this program will help with staying on course.

Quarterly Sessions: Usually three hours in length these meetings, which occur every business quarter, are designed to allow you to step away from your life and reflect. Discussions can take any form or be of any depth or on any topic as long as they move you forward. Quarterly sessions are typically used by clients who have been with Jonathan for some time and require only tune ups.

Weekly: (Under special circumstances) Weekly sessions are typically provided to clients who are experiencing extraordinary complexity due to incredible growth or the opposite and require a frequent opportunity to step out of the day to day and find clarity and peace.
