Roofing Systems

Contractors and building owners have long sought the quality and durability of direct-to-metal spray-applied polyurethane, polyurea, silicone and acrylic coating systems to repair and rejuvenate aged metal roofs. Some of these roofing systems include built up roofing, modified bitumen, asphalt, foam glass insulation, aged spray applied foam and coating systems, and concrete.

Polyurethane Spray Insulations

Polyurethane is a very effective form of thermal insulation that is sprayed directly onto the desired surface forming a continuous, monolithic coating with no gaps, cracks, or seams to jeopardize the efficiency of the insulation. We install brand name insulation products at very competitive rates utilizing the latest technologies and equipment.

Our Services

We can package our services and reduce the number of vendors/suppliers you, the builder, owner, or contractor, have to deal with. One stop shopping for all your needs!.

Blown Insulations

In our climate with relatively long heating seasons anywhere between 10% and 15% of a building's heat loss can occur through the ceiling into the attic. Because these ratios refer to unobstructed ventilation area, the area must be increased because the vents are covered with screening and with baffles. Framing structures must allow for adequate insulation plus room for ventilation above the insulation where possible.

Insulation Removal

UFFI Urea Formaldehyde foam insulation was used in the late 1970's in mainly residential and commercial buildings as an insulating material in walls and ceiling spaces. We can remove and dispose of insulation products in a clean safe and professional manner while meeting provincial guidelines for insulation removal and disposal.
