The installation is quicker than that of fiberglass batts, it's consistent, and it provides a seamless barrier from the elements. Some typical commercial and/or industrial applications include:

  • Apartment Buildings
  • Plazas and Malls
  • Office Buildings
  • Institutional and Medical Buildings
  • Freezers and Refrigerators

Blown Insulations

In our climate with relatively long heating seasons anywhere between 10% and 15% of a building's heat loss can occur through the ceiling into the attic. Because these ratios refer to unobstructed ventilation area, the area must be increased because the vents are covered with screening and with baffles. Framing structures must allow for adequate insulation plus room for ventilation above the insulation where possible.

Insulation Removal

UFFI Urea Formaldehyde foam insulation was used in the late 1970's in mainly residential and commercial buildings as an insulating material in walls and ceiling spaces. We can remove and dispose of insulation products in a clean safe and professional manner while meeting provincial guidelines for insulation removal and disposal.
