If a piece of gear has stopped functioning Edcom can get it back in working order as quickly and painlessly as possible. If you purchased the equipment from Edcom, a service coordinator may be able to arrange warranty repairs or a replacement with the manufacturer. If there is no warranty on your equipment, we also have an in-house service department. We can fix almost anything.
One of the busiest areas of our service department is projector maintenance. All projectors require regular maintenance that includes cleaning and bulb replacement; this both protects your investment in the equipment and ensures you won't have unexpected failures during important events. Edcom can expeditiously order bulbs straight from the manufacturer and we can also dispatch a technician to do the service on-site if so desired.
