Biggs & Narciso - mould removal

We will not only remove and repair the affected areas, but will also identify and fix the root cause of the problem to prevent any reoccurrence of mould. The presence of moisture is essential for moulds to grow and they are therefore usually found in damp, poorly ventilated areas. Simply limiting sources of moisture and condensation and improving ventilation can reduce the presence of mould spores.

Biggs & Narciso - lead removal

Clean up should be done with a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) vacuum cleaner to ensure a thorough pickup is done without releasing more lead particulates into the air. We will retrofit plumbing to building code specifications and renovate to a finished condition ready for occupation – completely lead free. Waste containers should be properly labeled as containing lead contaminated material and disposed of as hazardous waste.
