With an average of 17 years industry experience, WHD Canada's technical support team is trained and prepared to answer any questions you have regarding fluid power.
WHD Canada offers training in a variety of ways to our customers. We have the capability of providing training to nationwide companies through our highly customized webinars. We can provide training at our facility in Kitchener, Ontario and in some cases we meet at the customer's location to facilitate their training requirements.
Unlike most companies that provide training services, we never use canned training. We always focus on what the customer needs and tailor-make our training sessions specifically for each customer.
Sales & Marketing Support
WHD Canada wants to support its customers by providing the appropriate tools to sell our product lines. We can provide you catalogs, brochures and flyers, and assist in creating promotions to grow your business. We can also provide sales support by phone, e-mail, webinar, or on-site visits.
We have a national presence. WHD Canada attends all major Canadian trade shows for the automotive and heavy duty aftermarket. We also meet with automotive and heavy duty buying groups and corporations directly to ensure close and continuing relationships with head offices across Canada.
High Fill Rates
WHD Canada averages a 95% fill rate on stock orders. We continually monitor and adjust our inventory levels to suit the needs of our customers.
WHD Canada has no minimum quantities or dollars for any order.
Next Day Shipping
WHD Canada has a well stocked Canadian warehouse, and will ship next day for all orders, and same day for rushes.
All sales are in Canadian dollars so our customers don't need to be concerned with duty or brokerage fees. It's all taken care of.
