As a dedicated gluten and dairy free bakery, we will be testing all of our products utilizing our onsite laboratory. Our high risk ingredients and our finished products are tested for gluten using the RidaQuick Gliadin test which detects to 5 ppm gluten. We will be employing a similar milk testing kit which will detect the presence of milk ingredients and derivatives down to 4 ppm.
We feel that your safety comes first when it comes to dealing with allergens. We employ strict testing protocols to ensure your safety at all times. Within the first year of business, we will be working towards achieving certification through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. The GFCO is the only independent certification program in the world.

Our plans are to begin testing for peanuts soon, and as we develop our egg free product line up, we will also be testing for the presence of eggs as well.
