LFS Liner

Liqui-Force can repair pipelines in diameters from 8” and larger, without the need for excavations. Utilizing time proven design principals, we are able to provide full, trenchless, structural rehabilitation systems.

Our process involves the installation of a resin impregnated flexible tube that takes the shape of the original conduit. By circulating hot water throughout the entire length of the tube the thermo-setting resin is fully cured. As a result, the finished Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is structural, continuous and tight fitting.

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is structural, continuous and tight fitting. Once cured, final inspection is performed to document the proper opening of the service laterals and the integrity of the new seamless LFS liner.

A calculated amount of resin and catalyst is used, according to the liners diameter, thickness and length. Factors such as groundwater, depth, overburden and ovality are used in the design of the LFS Liner. All LFS Liners are designed and installed in accordance with ASTM F1216.

LFS Lateral Liner

With the use of our unique launching process we are able to invert a liner up the service lateral from within the mainline sewer. This cost saving process eliminates the need for open cut replacement of laterals, road, curbs, gutters and sidewalks. The initial video inspection can be performed from the mainline sewer if a clean out is not present. Our lateral liners range in diameter from 4 inches to 8 inches in excess of 100 feet.


Prep From The Main

Liqui-Force has designed new systems that allow all of the lateral cleaning and installation to take place from access at the manhole, with no need for a cleanout or hole in the lawns of homes or businesses. These two operations will provide a service quality rating and allow for correct sizing of the liners as well as provide for the changes of size made through transitions.


LFS Junction Liner

Both the mainline and lateral portions of the liner are installed simultaneously as a one piece LFS Junction Liner, resulting in a smooth interface of the lateral/main connection. The LFS Junction Liner employs many quality control features, such as ASTM F1216 design, vacuum impregnation, inversion installation, and protective carrying devices.
