Dr. Deborah Berry
 Dr. Berry graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1985 with a 
Bachelor of honors degree in Kinesiology. She then went on the
apprentice at Toronto General Hospital to complete her certification as
a Registered Pulmonary Technologist. Dr. Berry worked full time in this
capacity for several years and then part-time as she attended The
Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. In 1992 Dr
Berry graduated from CMCC as a Doctor of Chiropractic and then returned
to her home town of Kingston to establish her practice.Dr Berry has always been an avid runner and sports enthusiast and
thus she naturally extended her interest in sport into her practice.
After completing a further 3 years of sports injury management courses
(1992-1995) at CMCC, Dr. Berry dedicated some of her time in the field
assisting various high school and city league teams.Her dream job.."to help others find better health and fitness" has
been met as a Chiropractor. Dr. Berry is licensed by the College of
Chiropractors of Ontario and has the ability to diagnose and treat a
wide variety of conditions and hence does not limit her practice to
athletic alone.As an active member of her community Dr. Berry has volunteered with
several organizations in the past including Team Diabetes, Canadian
Juvenile Diabetes Association, Kingston Voyageurs Hockey Team and The
YMCA in Kingston.As a Chiropractor, Dr. Berry specializes in the diagnosis and
treatment of disorders related to the muscular, skeletal and nervous
systems of the body. The diagnosis process includes a full detailed
history of your complaint, general health assessment and physical
examination including ranges of motion, orthopedic testing, palpitation
and neurological testing. treatments ...ize a range of methods of
spinal manipulation, extremity adjusting, electro-modalities, soft
tissue therapy, traction/spinal-decompression therapy, prescription for
orthotics, exercise prescriptions, work place modifications and
lifestyle and nutritional advice.Something of interest that you may not know about Dr. Berry is in
1992 after graduating form chiropractic college, she spent the summer
doing a cross-Canada tour on her bike. In 2005 she completed her first
full marathon in Rome, Italy while raising $7000.00 for Diabetes.
Dr. Jacki White, D.C Dr. White is a chiropractor and mother who takes a special interest in keeping people healthy and active. As a native of Kingston Dr. White is pleased to be back to serve her community. Jacki began her post secondary education at Indian River Community College in Florida with a Softball scholarship. After which, Dr. White graduated from Queen's University and then went on to complete her Chiropractic training in 2005 at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.Being a student athlete taught Dr. White the importance of taking care of your body and finding balance to achieve optimum health. She also incorporates acupuncture and myofascial release therapy into chiropractic treatments, as she believes that soft-tissue treatment and rehabilitation play a large role in the recovery of any injury.
