I provide dynamic facilitation to teams and groups as small as 2 and as large as 20. I love being useful to folks who value a work environment that brings out the best in everyone.
Teams and leaders typically have a specific area they would like support on such as leadership, communication, or collaboration. Others are unsure about where to start, but know that they need help. Because groups and organizations are complex, we can start anywhere. The context for our work together could be an annual visioning retreat, team-building program, or coaching program for team members that focuses on personal development. Rather than acting as a consultant with the answers, my aim is to continuously place responsibility on individuals and the group to hold the questions and co-create their preferred future.
Embedded in the coaching process are explicit opportunities for participants to learn how to coach themselves and others in the organization. More in-depth and long term team coaching projects also includes one-on-one coaching for each participant.
