1. Upon showing interest in the products of CMRC, Sino-American Import & Export LLC. will send a representative to your facility to meet with you and other plant managers. His objective will be to:
a. Explain the system in more detail.
b. Analyze your needs.
c. Answer questions.
d. Report all to CMRC Headquarters.
2. CMRC factory engineers visit your plant to layout the design and list the materials needed to install the system for your project.
3. Sino-American Import & Export LLC. will send the quotation for the project then follow up.
4. Upon approval of the quotation Sino-American Import & Export LLC. will arrange with CMRC to start the fabrication of the design system for the project.
5. The complete project will be shipped to the site ready for installation.
6. CMRC qualified technicians will install and calibrate the system.
7. CMRC staff will train plant operators and maintenance managers on the system.
8. CMRC warranty on any system installed is 12 months.
9. CMRC office in Chicago Illinois USA will provide after-sales technical support and maintain any replacement parts needed for the system.
10. CMRC office in Chicago will keep an engineer on staff to respond to any questions for operations/maintenance.
