Aluminum + Copper Pipe, which is less expensive - but just as effective as copper connection pipe, for connecting indoor and outdoor air conditioner units.  We offer a high quality, low cost & highly efficient design.
Our copper aluminium combination pipe combines insulated aluminium connection piping tubes with welded copper pipes at both ends.

Application: Connection piping for use on indoor and outdoor air conditioner units. (R22, R410a, R407, etc.)
This new technology was developed by the manufacturer won the Gold Award in 10th China Patent and was recognized as best project in the world for the welding of copper and aluminium pipe. This product has been rigorously tested for performance and confirmed to specifications in the following areas:  Air tight, pressure resistant, mechanical performance, interior of pipe clean and dry, bending, flattening, enlargement, corrosion resistant, and chemical composition. The quality inspection department of the factory inspects each batch and a quality certificate is attached after examination. 

100% Copper Connection Pipe is also available.

Design  
1. Length of the weld junction is more than 5mm
2. Leakage probability less than 10 ppm
3. Structural design of the pipe weld joint is resistant to bending. It will not crack when bent at a 90° angle.
4. No interior diameter shrinkage at connection pipe joint. The joint has no effect on the flow rate in the pipe system
