A D Metro ULTRA CP touchscreens combine the strength and durability of its trademark armour glass enhanced resistive touchscreen ULTRA, with the outdoor sunlight visibility of a circular polarizer stack, consisting of the combination of a circular polarizer, anti-reflective armour glass coating, 1/4 wave retarder and specialized ITO film. With the use of advanced materials engineering, A D Metro has produced the ideal touch solution for environments requiring crystal clear visibility with durable and tough rugged field performance. ULTRA CP carries over all the benefits from an ULTRA touchscreen including a high resistance to scratches and abrasions, expanded temperature operation and storage envelope, while remaining a pressure activated technology that can be used with stylus, gloved hand or other implement. Additionally, ULTRA CP significantly increases the overall visibility of a display by greatly reducing the level of reflection in all environments, even in the brightest of sunlight.
