Our outdoor basketball backstop units are of the popular gooseneck shape. These posts are available in either 89 mm (3 1/2”) diameter with a 914 mm (3’) extension or a 114 mm (4 1/2”) post extending 1219 mm (4’) - both have a galvanized finish. These outdoor backstops are ideal for school playgrounds and parks & recreation complexes. An H-frame is provided with our Gooseneck post in order to allow the attachment of any of our backboard options. The most common backboards chosen for these outdoor backstops are fan-shaped steel or aluminum backboards.

These curtains are available in a combination of materials from vinyl to vinyl coated breather mesh. Top Roll Divider Curtains roll neatly on the drive pipe so the stacking dimension is only 356 mm. This simplifies the wiring diagram making the installation more economical. It does not require belts, cables, or complicated torsion arms. The electric winch is located at one end of the curtain.
