Alternate transportation:

For the convenience of those customers who must leave their vehicles here for service, there are two forms of alternate transportation available.

1. Shuttle service:

We can arrange to drop you off at home or work in Gananoque or the surrounding area. There is no charge for this service. Please let us know ahead of time if you require a ride.

 2. Service Demo

  • You must be 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s licence
  • You are required to replace the fuel you use while driving the vehicle
  • You will be responsible for the insurance deductible of $500

Pick up and delivery service is available in Gananoque and Kingston by appointment only.

During the month ofJuly and August, the Service Department will be closed on Satuday.
