* Our pork bellies are Antibiotic/Hormone Free and raised without the use of Animal By-Products
*We dry cure the bellies for 2 weeks with our special recipe (compared to conventional bacon that injects water and brine in an attempt to add favour fast)
*With no added water, food colouring, or gluten, we double smoke the bellies for the ultimate in morning/noon/night bacon delight.

* Prepared from our Bottom Round cut. Heightened flavour from our raising practices without Antibiotics, Hormones or Steriods and vegetable grain fed free of animal by-products.

BERETTA RANCH JAMBON ROYALE
Take your ham and swiss favourite to the next level.
*Prepared with a Rind-on Boneless Ham that is raised along our Beretta Ranch protocol of antibiotic/hormone free without the use of animal by-products.
*Fat is flavour! We keep the fat cap on cure the hame for 4 weeks using our secret recipe while rotating every couple of days for even flavour penetration (just like our bacon, this pork gets special treatment compared to conventional methods which usually inject or "pump" flavour in for quick results)
*After the 4th week, we smoke the ham so that it is fully cooked for your deli delight.
