Hawk Hill Farm produce premium meats from livestock raised as nature intended. Our Angus-cross beef is raised on grass which is supplemented with locally produced grains in the last three months. They are processed at two years of age, dry aged for 21 days and packaged in 25 pound mixed cut boxes. Our lamb comes from heritage breed sheep noted for their hardiness, ability to thrive on pasture and exceptional flavour. The lambs are process when they weigh about 100 lbs, dry aged for 5 days and then custom cut to our customer's specifications. They are then flash frozen. Our chickens are raised on locally grown grains in pasture pens which are moved daily to fresh grazing. They finish as 6 to 8 pound roasters which can be purchased either fresh or flash frozen.
