Looking for a great new way to get some exercise, look kayaking skills and enjoy the outdoors this summer???
Kardio Kayak Paddle Fitness Classes are for you.
We offer two levels, Beginner and Advanced.
The Beginner level classes focus on developing good paddling technique and mastering your balance in the kayak. The Advanced level classes kick the fitness up a notch and help you find your burn through intervals, distance and speed training.
Classes run one evening a week and a session lasts eight weeks.
Session one starts beginning of May, Session two starts beginning of July, and the Fall session runs twice a week for four weeks in September.
