We service what we sell. Regulators should be cared for, following manufacturers instructions which includes annual servicing. Servicing is done on site, but please give us at least one week for completion. Other repairs may be done on site or by the manufacturer.
FILLS AND TANK INSPECTIONS:
Tank fills are done at the shop during open hours and special times for class groups. Visual Tank Inspections are required annually for safety in filling. These are performed on site using the Visual Plus system, but please give us one week to get this completed. Hydrostatic testing is required every 5 years. Tumble cleaning can be completed as well.
WE NOW HAVE NITROX! - if you wish to have Nitrox fills, and need to have tanks cleaned, please leave time for this. Also, please expect to leave tanks for Nitrox fills for pick up later.
You must be a qualified diver to have a tank filled or to rent a tank - or be enrolled in one of our courses and be renting for your Open Water certification under our supervision.
You need the right gear suited to you, and the type of diving you will typically do. It's great to read up on gear options, but also speak with the professionals at RDS. They have a solid reputation for making customers happy and helping them to avoid costly mistakes. RDS services what they sell, so if your gear gets worn or needs repair, it can often be fixed on site, or you can receive assistance contacting the supplier or agent for repairs.
