I thought I would share with you a wonderful story. It starts off with me getting a pair of glasses this weekend and putting 850.00 dollars on my CC right before Christmas. I knew I needed them, but I didn’t really want to place that much on my card just prior to the holidays. So I bring the receipt into work today in hopes of getting the money reimbursed by Wednesday. I fax it off to this wonderful company who looks after our group benefits, and to my amazement, the money was reimbursed to me less than 3 hours later. This prompt customer service that was provided to me, far exceeds that of any other insurance company I have EVER dealt with. You amaze me every time, as it seems like you must be outside of our doors, cutting cheques in the parking lot. I appreciate your time and effort, and I wish you all a wonderful holiday.
