Impressive running at the Scotia Bank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday.  Despite windy conditions both Reid Coolsaet and Eric Gillis qualified for the London Olympics with their gutsy performances.  A great day for Canadian running!

Run for Life is pleased to welcome AIC Sirgoi Academy into our family of Global Outreach schools.  This elementary school in rural Kenya will be twinned with Breslau Public School in Ontario. The schools will communicate and learn collaboratively using a digital infrastructure provided by Run for Life.

Ambassadors organize group runs, respond to runner inquiries, and provide community-specific running and race information. Rundezvous Run·dez·vous –noun an agreement between two or more runners to meet at a certain time and place for a run.
