Resolution

Once we have identified weaknesses or inefficiencies, we produce a comprehensive report detailing practical solutions. From our initial review, we identify appropriate carriers in terms of pricing, the ability to service the customer's particular needs, and overall management abilities. We also review licenses, insurance, safety, tracking capabilities, experience of personnel, equipment and systems. We develop route plans, cost saving strategies and logistics plans, and prioritize areas of immediate concern or highest potential and produce a detailed report.

Implementation

Upon approval by our customer, we will put the plan into action. We begin with price finalization and supplier/customer introduction, then we develop a start-up schedule/PPK flow/billing and payment terms and a complete reporting system to ensure continuity and accountability. Initial site visits by suppliers are scheduled and a complete review of specified equipment determines suitability for future assignments.
