This safe and effective workout is designed for the pregnant woman that wishes to continue exercising throughout her pregnancy. Pilates increases a sense of well being at any stage of pregnancy, boosts energy levels and may speed up recovery after giving birth.
Pilates Mommies 1
This workout is specifically for postpartum women with their babies aged 6 weeks – 6 months. Explore Pilates as a way to restore the strength and stability of your low back and pelvis after having your baby. This class will teach you how to isolate your deep abdominals and make them strong again (flat stomachs!) Each class will include 45 minutes of Pilates instruction and 15 minutes of infant massage.
Pilates Mommies 2
No daycare is required! Bring your baby 6-12mths to this class for the next level in Pilates training. This workout builds on the intensity and coordination of the level 1 Pilates Mommies class.
