All our products are baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility
Everything we bake (listed below) is produced in small batches to ensure quality and freshness so not all items are available daily. We make all our own fillings to ensure they are gluten-free and we also do not use soy or corn. If you are looking for something in particular, please phone ahead to see what is available that day to avoid disappointment.
With the exception of our cheese bread, all our breads are dairy-free.
Burger buns, Cheese, Chop Suey, Cinnamon-Raisin, Country-style baguettes, Dinner rolls, Flax seed, Flat bread, Italian Herb, Jalapeno Cheddar, Multi-grain, Rosemary Olive, White Sandwich.
Our breads are available at the store on the following days:
Tuesdays: Multi-grain and White Sandwich
Wednesdays: Flax seed
Thursdays: Multi-grain and Italian Herb
Fridays: Cheese, Flat bread, and Baguettes
Saturdays: Cinnamon-Raisin, Multi-grain, and White Sandwich
Carrot cake, Chocolate ganache cake, Dutch Almond-filled cake (Gevulde Boterkoek), Lemon Chiffon cake, Mocha cake, Strawberry mousse cake, Traditional Chocolate or Vanilla cake, New York style cheesecake with fruit topping.
Some of our cakes can be made dairy-free. Please advise us if you have a dairy sensitivity.

With the exception of any of our lemon muffins and the double chocolate cheesecake muffin, all are dairy-free. We’ve also adapted our banana muffin recipes to make an egg-free version by replacing the egg with ground flax seed. These are available upon request.

Pies & Tarts
Apple, Cherry, Peach & blueberry, Pumpkin, Strawberry rhubarb, or Triple berry in a flaky, buttery crust. Our Key Lime Pie uses a flan crust baked with our own GF graham wafer crumbs.
Savoury meat pies: Ground beef, Chicken vegetable, Steak & mushroom, or Tourtière.
Quiche: Sundried-tomatoe with spinach & goat’s milk cheddar, Smoked salmon with leek, cheddar cheese & dill.
While we are peanut-free, we are not a nut-free facility: A few of our products use almonds or pecans but we do not use peanuts. Please keep this in mind if your allergy is severe and this is a consideration for you.
Dairy and/or eggs are used in many of our products. Several are available in dairy-free versions and a few are available both egg and dairy-free: These are not routinely available so advance notice of at least one week is preferred. Minimum orders may apply.
