Re-pointing oF Rubble Stone  granite Homes (1885 & 1884 )

All restoration work begins by careful removal of the failed mortar and re-setting and repair of damaged stones by consolidating only small sections at a time.

The cleaning process is done using  potable water and Steam to prevent any damage to the existing masonry. A Mild detergent replaces all harsh chemicals and acids therefore  waste water does not contaminate surrounding soils or vegetation.

Traditional Lime Based mortars are used for re-pointing and new masonry builds.
