In June 2008, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed and closed Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2 (SRPF 2), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund Investors to be managed by Strathallen. The Fund had the capacity to acquire in excess of $200 million in assets.
The portfolio is comprised of properties providing stable income and properties with value-add components for yield enhancement. On behalf of the SRPF 2 Partnership, Strathallen acquired a total of 12 properties and was fully invested as of September 22 2010.
