In June 2005, Strathallen Capital Corp. announced the formation of Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 1 (SRPF 1), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund investors to be managed by Strathallen. This Fund was closed for equity participation in July 2005.

In June 2008, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed and closed Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 2 (SRPF 2), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund Investors to be managed by Strathallen. On behalf of the SRPF 2 Partnership, Strathallen acquired a total of 12 properties and was fully invested as of September 22 2010.

Strathallen Industrial Property Fund LP No. 1

In June 2007, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed Strathallen Industrial Property Fund LP No. 1 (SIPF No.1), an investment vehicle comprised of private investors and managed by Strathallen. Current portfolio consists of three properties located throughout Ontario and Quebec. Clear ceiling height of at least 18' unless the building is a multi tenant complex. Properties under management have the following characteristics.

In December 2010, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed and closed Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 3 (SRPF 3), an investment vehicle comprised of major Canadian Pension Fund investors to be managed by Strathallen. On behalf of the SRPF 3 Partnership, Strathallen is currently pursuing several projects across the country which fall within the Fund’s buying parameters.
