    Project Consulting & Management

  • Newtron Group can act as an independent and expert technical advisor on large commercial claims, benefitting both the insurer and the insured.
  • Newtron Group's project consultant can coordinate a time line and critical path with the client and vendors, monitor the overall process, and oversee materials and logistics.
  • If required, Newtron Group can provide a Project Manager who is a one point contact that will ensure the entire loss is dealt with properly from start to finish in the most timely and cost effective manner.
  • Initial onsite assessments of losses followed by development and implementation of a plan with all key stakeholders and suppliers. Preparation of Gantt Chart or timeline for all key issues involved with a project and research-backed, accurate cost estimates for recovery plan implementation.
  • Running chronological notes for each of the issues submitted as regular updated reports, and assisting clients and/or suppliers in sourcing materials and labour while keeping clients and/or suppliers on track for completion.
