The House mouse is dusty grey, 110-150mm long, and has large ears and small eyes. - The Norway rat has a stocky body weighing 200-500 grams. Covered in coarse, reddish/grayish brown body, it has buff-white under parts, a blunt nose and a scaly tail that is shorter than the head and body combined. - Mice and rats nest close to food, in double walls, above ceilings and floors and in closed-in areas around counters. Noises made by their running, gnawing and scratching provide clues to their location.
