Crawford Provincial Acquires Indapac Continues its growth with another acquisition London, ON.­­ -- October 30, 2013– Crawford Provincial has announced it has acquired the assets of Indapac, an independent packaging supply company located in Mississauga, Ontario as of November 4, 2013. This is Crawford’s third acquisition in three years. Indapac distributes an extensive line of packaging and shipping materials such as tapes, packaging supplies and abrasives. Indapac’s product line complements and expands Crawford Provincial’s current offerings and will allow a larger array of product selection for both Crawford and Indapac customers. While Indapac will operate as a division of Crawford for the time being at its current location, it will eventually be relocated to Crawford Provincial’s new office and warehouse located at 115 Walker Drive in Brampton, Ontario. Crawford Provincial is retaining all of the Indapac employees including Rick Lefebvre, the owner and President of Indapac. Rick will be working in sales and looks forward to spending more time with his customers to bring them an expanded array of solutions.
