P.L. Light supplemental lighting systems are supplied with lamps from well-known manufacturers such as Philips, Osram and General Electric. The 400 Volt system is currently the standard. P.L. Light Systems was involved at the beginning of the development of this supplemental lighting system with corresponding lamps which are available for 600 Watt and 1000 Watt systems. These lamps have been specifically developed for horticultural purposes and compared with 230 Volt systems they offer around 10% more growing light, faster growth, better product quality and higher returns from the supplemental lighting installation. We can supply lamps for 230 Volt systems as well as for 400 Volt systems. Please refer to LightCare for changing the lamps in your existing supplemental lighting system.

Service Stock

In order to guarantee the continuity of your operational management we advise you to purchase a service stock so that you can solve any problems due to lamp failures immediately.

Lamp Guarantee Plan

As is stated in the Additional Guarantee Conditions, P.L. Light has a lamp guarantee plan for any Philips lamps that we supply. The manufacturer’s guarantee applies to lamps that are supplied by other suppliers.

At the request of P.L. Light, LightCare will visit you once a year within the framework of the lamp guarantee plan, to change any lamps that have failed. They will be measured to determine if the failure comes under the guarantee.
