We also understand that when you need service, you need it done right, and you need it done now. Our Service Department therefore offers the following:
- A minimum 4-hour response time — or sooner depending on the location of the technicians
- Technicians who are dispatched utilizing Nextel and inter-active GPS tracking systems for more efficient and timely response
- Certified techs who must complete a minimal requirement of at least 40 hours of training — with a mandatory periodic recertification
- Emergency services that you can access 24 / 7 — will receive a call from a technician within 30 min.
