Our Series 20 single post lift design offers a small footprint while maintaining throughputs of 2 to 8 cycles per minute. It is ideal for case, bags/bale, keg and pail palletizing and depalletizing applications.

The Series 30 palletizer features a single post lift design giving the unit a small footprint while maintaining throughputs over 20 cases/min. It is ideal for case, tray and bale palletizing applications.

The Series 40 palletizer features a dual post lift design providing heavy lifting capability combined with a small footprint. The machine will maintain throughputs over 30 cases/min. It is ideal for case, tray and bale palletizing applications.





  • Makeup table at infeed for superior throughput (up to 2.75 layers/minute).
  • Low or high level infeed metering conveyors.
  • Optional empty pallet dispensers, slip sheet or tier sheet dispensers.

The Series 41 palletizer is based on the Series 40 platform of a dual post lift design with a makeup table for higher speed applications. It is ideal for case, tray and bale palletizing applications.





  • Twin lane product infeed and meter belt conveyors.
  • Pallet dispensing from 20 pallet capacity dispenser.
  • Shuttle car to carry the pallet being loaded and traverse to the alternate position.
  • Parallel chain conveyors to move the loaded pallet to an off loading position.
  • A/B PLC with operator interface panel and diagnostics.
  • Many options available.

The Series 41S palletizer has the ability to palletize two different products at the same time. This is done using one standard palletizer and accumulating one layer of product at a time, then shuttling the 2 different pallets into and out of the loading area. Capable of speeds up to 30 cases/min.

The Series 60 palletizer is a heavy-duty four-post design with high level infeed. It is suitable for automatic palletizing applications where throughputs in excess of 50 cases/min are required. Our ability to custom configure makes us uniquely qualified to precisely match our palletizer technology with your individual packaging requirements.





General Conveyor works with many robot manufacturers such as Fanuc, Kuka, and Fuji (shown in photo). We are able to provide a complete turnkey system featuring any robotic palletizer, or just the conveying equipment necessary to work with the customer's existing robot.
