Consulting is part of our service to fulfill your rental needs, and even a site visit is at no cost to you, it is part of our service to make your event great.

Tents & Canopies
Starting at 10' x 10' in size for a do-it-yourself canopy installation, we can offer you tents to sit up to 1000 guests.

Pillar draping, heaters, dancefloors, staging, lighting to complete your event also available.

Event consulting - If event planning just isn’t your thing, we will consult above and beyond your rental needs and assist you in pulling together an action plan for your event. Fees are charged on an hourly basis.

Delivery - Please call us with your event location and we will provide a delivery cost for you. Deliveries are a door to door service. Tables, chairs and items will be stacked at delivery site, and must be returned to that stacking formation for pick up.

If delivery is to a community hall or outdoor venue, it is the renters responsibility to establish workable delivery and pick up times. The renter is also responsible for the security and condition of rented items at their chosen location.

Set up and tear down - Set up and tear down of items is not included in delivery fees, but is available if pre-arranged, and is billed at an hourly rate. Please confirm your need for this service one week prior to event date.
