ASG Maintenance Training Services was established on the principle that affordable high quality technical training is the key to a higher standard of aircraft maintenance, increased safety and lower operating costs for the operator.
Training Services is accomplished under an Approved Training Organization (ATO) under the CARS 566.10 Transport Canada and the EASA Part 147 guidelines, ensuring that our maintenance training programs, as well as our instructors, meet a high industry recognized standards. The aircraft technician is provided with an industry leading training syllabus that promotes safe and effective maintenance practices. The goal of our training programs is to ensure that the student has an excellent working knowledge of the aircraft systems.
The extensive use of the actual aircraft for the hands on portion of the course, provides the student with a firsthand knowledge of the components. The ASG Training Services course usually exceeds the 5% hands on requirement of the Transport Canada regulations. Our customers tell us that the technician is more proficient on the aircraft sooner while reducing aircraft downtime and costs.
