DLC provides services for the beneficiaries of Délįnę.
DFN provides basic services for the community to help in development
CCD is a municipal government that provides necessities for the town
which includes sewage, water, etc.
SSI mainly takes care of the Sahtú Trust Fund.
Local and long distance telephone service is supplied by Northwestel satellite link, and includes direct dial service. High speed Internet is available at government offices. Mail is delivered by air on scheduled flights. The post office is in the Northern Store, one of two “department” stores in town. The other is the Great Bear Co-operative Association Ltd. The stores offer a variety of household supplies, clothing, and food, at prices reflecting Délįnę’s distance from southern suppliers, and the difficulty of re-supply.
There is a local FM radio station that broadcasts CBC network programs and adds several hours per day of local programming. Video rentals are available, as well as satellite television service. News publications include the weekly News North and the Yellowknifer, both published in Yellowknife. Aurora College students also publish a newsletter.
Techi?q Ltd supports high speed Internet, and provides information technology to the community. In addition, the company looks after community air radio (CARS), and provides forest fire fighting services. Techi?q looks after administration for the Délįnę Land and financial group of companies, including property management, and is negotiating purchase of a share of North-Wright Airways.
ɂehtseo Ayha School
?Ehtseo Ayha (Great Grandfather Ayha) school offers K-12, and includes a gymnasium and a library. The school year runs from late August to late June.
In addition, Aurora College offers adult education programs.
Délįnę has its own health centre, staffed by two nurses, with dentists visiting regularly. In case of medical emergency, the patient is flown immediately to a hospital in Yellowknife. An RCMP detachment provides policing in the community. Electricity is supplied by diesel generators operated by the Northwest Territories Power Corporation.
