With spectacular views from our exclusive 17th and 18th floors of Purdy's Tower 1, Purdy's Wharf Business Centre offers fully equipped executive offices, complete with administrative support and all the professional amenities, including:

Reception - Our professional and courteous support staff is always available to greet your clients in our pleasant reception area. 

Telephone Answering Service - Personalized telephone answering and message handling at your convenience, including call transfers, paging, and messaging. Telephones ring at both the reception desk and the tenant's office, however, you have the option to have your phone ring only in your office, if that is more convenient for you.

Mail, Courier, and Faxes

Secretarial / Administrative Support - Our prompt and efficient administrative support staff is well-versed in a variety of software packages and business requirements. We're ready to assist you with document preparation and reproduction, travel arrangements, organization of golf tournaments, mass mailings, meeting organization, photocopying, fax services, restaurant reservations, etc. We'll even arrange to have your office supplies ordered and delivered to your office!!

High Speed Internet Access - All offices and boardrooms are wired with high speed (3Mbps) Internet connections, available 24 hours per day - no busy signals or modem dialup delays!!

Office Technology - An array of office equipment is ready for your use:

  • both colour and black and white photocopiers (with enlargement, reduction, collating, stapling, and duplex functions)

  • fax machines

  • scanner

  • binding equipment, etc.

Boardrooms - Hourly, daily, or short term rental of conference and meeting rooms for seminars / intimate meetings / lunches / interviews, complete with luncheon or snack catering services. Ranging in size to best accommodate your needs, several of our boardrooms have fabulous views of scenic Halifax Harbour.

Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing - portable video conferencing and web conferencing available in all boardrooms and offices

Office Cleaning - Janitorial services are included in monthly rental fees, and offices are cleaned nightly. 

Security - The building is monitored by security staff in the downstairs lobby 24 hours per day. Each floor has 'card access' from 5:30pm through to 7:30am. 

Kitchenette Facilities - Purdy's Wharf Business Centre offers the use of in-house kitchen facilities with fridges and microwaves. Coffee is available, and for those who enjoy a short walk for their coffee, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within the complex.

Storage facilities - On-site storage is available within the Business Centre - ie. cabinets, with a minimal monthly fee.

Signage - Tenants have the option of signage on the first (main entrance) and second (pedway access) floors of the building, plus there is signage at the entrance to each floor of our Business Centre.
