Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a
Swedish relaxation style of massage that uses smooth, heated Basalt
stones. The therapist glides the stones over the skin smoothly, sometimes
using the stones to apply pressure in large muscle areas. This massage
is quite gentle in comparison to therapeutic or deep tissue massage
but it has many similar benefits. The heat from the stones relaxes
muscles and often increases an individual's tolerance of pressure.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that focuses on the hands and/or feet, enabling the body to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of imbalance causing vital energy pathways to be blocked and this prevents the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium and encourage healing.
A reflexologist can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the hands and feet. Blockages are released by working on these points and the free flow of energy is restored to the whole body. Tensions are eased, and circulation and elimination are improved. This gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance and it is incredibly relaxing.
Reflexology has been shown to be effective for: headache, sinus congestion, arthritis, hormonal imbalances, stress related conditions, digestive disorders, sleep disorders, fertility, and much more.

60 minutes - $70Please note that Reflexology is not covered under extended health plans.
Aromatherapy uses pure
essential oils extracted from plants and flowers to enhance the well-being
of the body, mind, and spirit. Essential oils have unique and specific
attributes that enhance a massage treatment. For example, lavender
is relaxing while peppermint is stimulating. These oils are added
to the carrier massage oil (grape seed oil) and are absorbed by the
skin during a massage. The beneficial effects are felt for hours afterwards.
Aromatherapy is complimentary with every massage.
