This is the first of its kind! Our client wanted a 330 rear tire put on his 2005 Honda CBR 600RR; when the aftermarket couldn’t deliver, we could. Developed using high-strength steel and weighing only 35 lbs, this swingarm will be a looker once it’s finished!

The pictures below are of the final product before the finishing details (grinding, painting, etc.), but should give you an idea of how it will look.

The paint started with spraying the frame HD orange with a little extra orange, and kept true to the brand with the HD skull with extra detail on the tank and a free hand skull to finish the back of the bike off. Strut-less rear fender, Stretched fuel tank, Seat pan, Forward controls, linked rear braking system,and hand made slasher exhaust. The project started with cutting the rear frame away to mount the Slinger rear fender.
