The Memory Lane Junior is a digital evolution of our original Memory Lane concept, the world's first analog delay with tap tempo.

By utilizing the same variable sample rate concept used in analog bucket brigade modulation, and adding custom analog anti-aliasing and reconstruction filters and companding, we've captured the ethereal essence of the Memory Lane .. in a much smaller footprint, with over twice the delay time, an extended frequency response, and standard 9V powering.

The the MLJr digital sampling engine's sole function is to copy, delay and reproduce the delay path signal with no mathematical manipulation at all - and unlike standard digital designs, there are no digital anti-aliasing and reconstruction filters. All signal paths around the sampling engine (direct path, feedback path and everything before and afterthe digital sampler) are analog paths carefully designed to provide a unique sonic signature that is unmistakably the Memory Lane Jr.

Diamond Guitar Pedals - jdrive

Compression setting: Be sure to try out the different compression settings by setting the switch as describedin the user manual. The JD offers a less compressed, more raw setting as well as more of a classicoverdrive sound with longer sustain. We've found the classic setting works best with Marshall master volume amps like the JCM800.

Diamond Guitar Pedals - memorylane

The Memory Lane 2 expands on the innovations of the original Memory Lane offering several new features requested by players and a new twist that further bridges the feature gap between analog and digital delays while retaining the warmth and unique sound of bucket brigade delay devices.

Diamond Guitar Pedals - vibrato

In addition the pedal also offers analog chorusing via the Chorus control to blend a variable amount of dry signal with the effected signal. The new Diamond Vibrato is a dedicated pitch vibrato design using bucket brigade analog delay technology for true pitch modulating vibrato. The 'HIGH' toggle switches to a higher depth range for more extreme pitch bent sounds.

Diamond Guitar Pedals - tremolo

Tap tempo and footswitchable double speed mode- user selectable waveforms - timing accents - rhythmic trem mode - 'Chaotic' mode - random speeds with any waveform!- TapViewfeature allows the player to visually see the tempo and tap speed while tapping a new setting. At the heart of the new Diamond Tremolo is a 100% analog signal path utilizing an optoisolator like vintage tube amplifiers of the 60's.
