System sales involves more than the client ordering a system from a
catalogue or price sheet.
The sale process starts with a contact from you the customer, an appointment
is made to review the location, the proposed use requirements, determining
the proper system components and discussing the benefits, the warranties
and installation process.
Once the system has been designed to meet the needs of the customer,
the installation is scheduled and carried out to CanSIA standards. The
system is commissioned and the customer is trained on service and operation.
A follow-up to the installation is made with in 30 to 60 days of the
install, to review operate of the unit and review any questions.
Installation and Service
As previously mentioned, all installations are completed to the standards
governed by CanSIA.
They are not a regulatory body however have set the
standards for proper installation practises in Canada of Solar Energy
